Accessible Certified Mentor Coaching, now delivered via live video conference for convenience, privacy, and recording access for post-session review.
Mentor Coaching consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process based on an observed coaching session to increase the coach’s capability of coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
Reach out for custom packages or scheduling to satisfy the ICF requirement to engage in mentor coaching for at least a period of three months or more to satisfy the 10-hour requirement for credential and/or renewal application.
